Proven Manufacturing Methods

Housings are machined, plated, post machined (if required), and arrive ready for your substrates.
All housings are solder assembled Using QQ-S-571E solders.
Other housing Materials available, include: cold rolled steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, and phosphor-bronze.
All our machining and inspection methods meet MIL-I 45208A, MIL-STD-45662, and MIL-Q-9858A standards.
100% fine leak checked per MIL-STD-883, method 1014.5.

Customer life tests of aluminum housings have suppassed 100 liquid-to-liquid thermal shock and 700 air-to-air temperature cycles without the use of epoxies.
